Practice Areas

Yi-Shan Chen has extensive experience in both litigation and non-contentious work. She primarily handles the group’s cross-border inheritance, marriage, and child-custody matters involving Thailand and Vietnam, and advises clients in Taichung, Tainan, and Kaohsiung on Thai and Vietnamese investment and business operations. Her practice also covers general civil and criminal litigation and corporate legal advisory in Taiwan.

She serves as long-term counsel to a wide range of industries — hospitals and clinics, aesthetic-medicine practices, long-term care institutions, construction companies, biotech firms, traditional manufacturers, fitness businesses, and more — with particular strength in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating corporate and commercial contracts. Drawing on rich cross-border case experience, she provides precise and commercially workable advice from both legal and business perspectives.

Having studied international and Anglo-American law in Germany, she has an excellent command of legal English, and she continues to share Thai and Vietnamese legal, investment, and cross-border insights through her own media channels.
