One of the few lawyers with both a biomedical-technology background and legal expertise. Extensive experience in IP commercial matters and multinational corporate affairs; has represented domestic manufacturers in patent/IP disputes with domestic and foreign competitors and filed patent litigation in U.S. courts. Experienced in cross-border M&A across Taiwan, Japan and Thailand, and in helping startups expand into domestic markets and invest in Vietnam and Thailand. Specializes in patents, trademarks, copyright and trade secrets, and in complex matters such as healthcare.
